FAQs

What is the process for commissions?

First, you simply, send me an email via the ‘Contact’ page on this website and I will send you a price list and the process for a commission. This will include everything you need to think about in case you forget anything!

How long will my commission piece take?

Turnaround times for commissions are up to 6 weeks from the time the 30% deposit is made. It is however, not unusual to have works completed within 7 days. The timeframe for your particular piece will be communicated at the time you order based on the specifics of what you require.

Will you come to my house to view my walls/ furniture to help me decide what I want?

Yes however there will be a $250.00 upfront fee that will be taken off the purchase amount of anything you order. This will be for Melbourne based customers only who live within a 35 km radius from Elwood.

Do you send paintings or prints overseas as well as all over Australia?

Yes. To date, my works have gone to the UK, Singapore, Dubai, America, Sweden and Egypt

How much is postage?

See ‘Shipping and Delivery’ in the Footer of the home page on this website.

Who do you use to ship the paintings?

I use the most efficient mode of transport depending on the item (type, size, weight) and the location it is going to. There is no one particular company that I use. I use several based on reliability.

What if I order a painting/ commission/ print and my goods don’t arrive and I’ve paid in full?

All paintings and prints are insured. If the artwork is damaged or lost in transit, you will be refunded or you will have the option to choose something of a similar value.

Will I get a refund?

Commissioned pieces require a 30% non-refundable deposit.

If you are not entirely happy with your painting or print an exchange will be offered however it must be sent back within 7 days of you receiving it. The cost to return the painting or print will be your responsibility and it must be in its original condition with original packaging. Please consider insuring/tracking your package, as we will not be held responsible for lost packages. There may be a shipping cost to send the exchange.

Will you copy another artist’s work if I provide you with an image?

No. Not now. Not ever. If you want a recreation of another artists work then you will need to go directly to that artist. If you are unsure of whom the artist is, send me the picture of the work you want reproduced and I will send you their name if I recognise the work.
